We are looking for a highly motivated Appointment Setter to help us schedule calls and meetings with potential clients. This is a performance-based role ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a knack for outreach. You'll be the first point of contact in our client acquisition process.
Key Responsibilities
Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and DMs.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments with the sales or creative team.
Maintain CRM systems and keep track of outreach progress.
Follow up with prospects to ensure attendance at scheduled calls.
Work closely with the Sales Associate to align outreach strategy.
Represent the Scopx.ART brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in a client-facing, customer service, sales or telemarketing role.
Excellent communication skills—verbal and written.
Comfortable with cold outreach and client engagement.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and productivity apps (e.g., Google Workspace).
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
A good internet connection and access to a phone/computer.
